Today was our first meeting. We met Roz Dill and Erica Reynoso. The Purpose of Peer Coaching is to foster opportunities for Teachers to share, learn and apply effective strategies to positively impact Student Achievement. Paired teachers will discuss their content areas, and visit one another’s classrooms in order to observe, learn and exchange ideas/suggestions/feedback, which they will document.
